Responsibilities
- Define AI, GenAI, and data strategy across GIS, Oracle Construction, ERP, and digital twin platforms.
- Govern multi-year programs for EPC companies and owner-operators.
- Lead client and partner ecosystems and provide CxO advisory leadership.
- Shape packaged technology offerings for capital project clients.
- Deliver AI, ML, GenAI, and agentic AI programs, including predictive models, time-series analysis, and anomaly detection.
- Apply LLM tuning, agentic AI frameworks, MLOps, drift monitoring, and edge or cloud AI deployment.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of professional experience is required; the posting also references a 12–15 year experience range.
- A BTech or BE, or 15 years of full-time education, is required.
- Proven delivery experience with AI, ML, GenAI, and agentic AI programs.
- Hands-on experience with time-series ML, anomaly detection, and predictive models.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, OpenAI, LLaMA, Falcon, HuggingFace, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Kubeflow, MLflow, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or Vertex AI.
- EPC or capital project IT expertise, including Oracle Construction Suite, Primavera, GIS, ERP integration, digital twins, and construction risk or cost analytics, is preferred.
- Strong CxO advisory, program governance, outcome-driven leadership, and influence across EPC ecosystems.
