
Senior Manager, Technical Consulting
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and expectations.
- Design and integrate scalable predictive and generative AI solutions within custom Salesforce environments.
- Lead technical design sessions, architect and document solutions, and identify gaps between current and desired client states.
- Champion AI-first delivery practices using AI tools, developer assistants, and agentic evaluation frameworks.
- Provide technical oversight and governance for Salesforce projects, including code reviews, coding standards, and design-pattern adherence.
- Manage custom development, integrations, data migrations, debugging, and technical delivery for Salesforce implementations.
- Lead and develop technical teams, support team engagement, and provide enablement on Salesforce products and modern AI development practices.
- Participate in technical landscape discovery and proof-of-concept development for prospects when needed.
- Liaise with Salesforce product teams and support delivery across global teams and geographies.
- Maintain individual and team billable-utilization targets and travel to client sites as required.
Requirements
- 14–18 years of CRM experience, including a minimum of 10 years on the Salesforce platform.
- Expert understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Commerce Clouds, with foundational familiarity with Salesforce AI offerings such as Agentforce.
- Strong systems architecture, design-pattern, large-data-volume, data-sharing, visibility, and platform-architecture knowledge.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, system integrations, authentication patterns, data integration tools, environment and release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.
- Strong background designing and developing large web-based systems or experience across the full software product lifecycle.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing technical and solution implementers, including leader-of-leaders experience and practice-building experience.
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain relevant certifications upon hire.
- Ability to use AI development tools, developer assistants, and AI diagnostics to accelerate delivery and troubleshoot systems.
- Ability to work flexibly with global teams and work hours, travel to client sites, and meet billable-utilization expectations.
