Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Agentic and Generative AI architectures involving LLMs, agent orchestration, memory, tools, human oversight, data ingestion, vector stores, prompt engineering, RAG, APIs, and integration layers.
- Architect multi-agent systems supporting autonomous planning, execution, reflection, escalation, and defined guardrails.
- Embed Responsible AI principles, governance standards, enterprise security policies, and regulatory controls.
- Translate business use cases into solution blueprints, reference architectures, design artifacts, and implementation roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership across proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production deployments.
- Support pre-sales, RFPs, solutioning, and deal credentialization while mentoring architects and engineering teams.
- Contribute to internal AI accelerators, reusable assets, platforms, intellectual property, and best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or enterprise architecture, with a recent focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Strong experience architecting AI, ML, and GenAI systems on hyperscaler platforms, preferably GCP, Azure, and AWS.
- Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and agent frameworks.
- Experience designing agentic workflows involving planning, tool use, memory, reflection, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Proficiency with API-driven architectures, microservices, event-driven systems, containers, orchestration, MLOps, and LLMOps.
- Understanding of data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and system observability.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in client-facing, consulting, or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience with agentic AI governance frameworks, autonomous system controls, industry-specific GenAI use cases, AI platforms, internal accelerators, and technical stakeholder communication is beneficial.
- A PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
