Responsibilities
- Assess client finance-function performance and capabilities and recommend process-efficiency and internal-control improvements.
- Design finance processes, future-state solutions, and interfaces with other systems.
- Build consensus with client representatives and secure stakeholder buy-in for the future-state finance function.
- Gather requirements, map them to Oracle Cloud, and lead functional solution design.
- Coordinate business users, business leads, technical development teams, and implementation teams through solution design, testing, rework, implementation, and sign-off.
- Act as the stream point of contact and contribute to proposals, diagnostics, solution development, presales, and business-development pursuits.
Requirements
- Minimum 14 years of relevant experience.
- Solid implementation experience across more than 10 Oracle Application programs in the cloud.
- In-depth hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Revenue Management.
- Good understanding of SCM and HCM touchpoints; experience with Tax, Expense Management, and Project Portfolio Management is preferred.
- Finance qualifications such as CA, MBA in Finance, Cost Accountant, B.Com, or M.Com are preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, troubleshooting, problem-solving, customer-orientation, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
