Responsibilities
- Own tenant-to-tenant Power Platform migration patterns and serve as the regional escalation authority.
- Define and maintain runbooks covering migration preparation, execution, validation, and remediation.
- Guide environment strategy, governance, DLP considerations, and dependency mapping for migration waves.
- Troubleshoot connection references, permissions, ownership transitions, connector behavior, and environment settings.
- Coordinate with Entra Apps and Identity specialists on authentication, service principal, and consent dependencies.
- Provide risk assessments, mitigation plans, and rollback patterns for business-critical applications and flows.
- Ensure evidence capture, sign-off artifacts, known-fix catalogs, reporting inputs, and root-cause elimination activities are completed.
- Support cutovers and hypercare while contributing to defect, throughput, and quality reporting.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience.
- Hands-on production tenant-to-tenant Power Platform migration execution experience.
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate, including solutions and connection references.
- Hands-on experience with export/import, reconfiguration, administrative tooling, and repeatable execution.
- Strong runbook discipline, evidence capture, technical documentation, and escalation skills.
- Ability to work in a three-shift 24x7 Factory model with mandatory handovers and possible peak cutover schedule flexibility.
- Process-driven execution, attention to detail, proactive dependency management, clear communication, and collaborative shift work.
- Secure handling of access and sensitive operational data.
- Preferred: Dataverse familiarity, Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 or PL-400, Power Platform ALM experience, and cutover or hypercare experience for large user populations.
