Responsibilities
- Serve as the independent Oracle Field Service Cloud subject matter expert and primary client contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into functional and technical designs.
- Architect, configure, deploy, and optimize OFSC capabilities including resource management, routing, scheduling, capacity, forecasting, activity management, and mobile workforce functionality.
- Configure OFSC business rules, plugins, user types, work skills, work zones, schedules, and properties.
- Develop and maintain OFSC integrations with CRM, ERP, and other upstream and downstream systems using REST/SOAP APIs, interfaces, and event-driven channels.
- Build custom JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS plugins and extensions for mobile and dispatch functionality.
- Design OFSC dashboards, reports, and KPIs using reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Lead data migration, including mapping, transformation, validation, and cutover planning.
- Drive SIT, UAT, performance, and regression testing, including defect triage and resolution.
Requirements
- 10–12+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 7 years dedicated to Oracle Field Service Cloud.
- At least 3–4 full-lifecycle, end-to-end OFSC implementations performed as a lead or independent consultant.
- Hands-on experience developing OFSC plugins with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Experience integrating OFSC with a major CRM or ERP platform such as Oracle Service Cloud, Siebel, Salesforce, SAP, or ServiceNow.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, Visual Builder Cloud Service, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Oracle Field Service Cloud Implementation Specialist certification or equivalent Oracle certification.
- Exposure to Oracle Service Cloud, CX Sales, and Oracle Knowledge Management.
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud or OBIEE for OFSC reporting.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery and tools including Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong client-facing communication skills, including workshop leadership, executive presentations, and trade-off negotiation.
