Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and advise customers on secure, scalable AI and modern-work solutions.
- Design and deliver technical demonstrations, architecture sessions, workshops, prototypes, pilots, and proofs of concept.
- Build AI-powered solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents, and the broader Microsoft AI ecosystem.
- Identify high-value use cases, validate technical feasibility, remove blockers, and demonstrate business value.
- Guide customers on architecture, security, governance, identity, data readiness, integration, compliance, and responsible AI.
- Engage technical and business decision-makers and connect technology capabilities to business outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales teams, specialists, architects, engineers, partners, and other technical experts.
- Share reusable technical patterns, demonstrations, architectures, best practices, and customer insights with the technical community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, solution architecture, technical consulting, or another customer-facing technology role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and AI-powered productivity solutions, including relevant Microsoft Copilot and agent technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct hands-on technical engagements such as demonstrations, architecture sessions, workshops, prototypes, pilots, and proofs of concept.
- Understanding of enterprise security, identity, data governance, compliance, and responsible AI considerations.
- Ability to engage technical and business decision-makers and connect technology capabilities to customer requirements and outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving, technical communication, and consultative skills, with the ability to collaborate across customer, sales, engineering, and partner teams.
