Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions.
- Oversee solution configuration, system integrations, deployment, and release management.
- Define and enforce platform standards for stability, high availability, performance, and scalability.
- Act as a subject matter expert and manage the team’s work and decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on technical strategies and key decisions.
- Lead best-practice development and implementation to improve solution quality and delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
- Proficiency in Solution Architecture is required.
- Strong expertise designing scalable and maintainable solutions in packaged or cloud environments.
- Experience managing integrations between diverse systems and third-party vendors.
- Ability to define and enforce standards for high availability and performance.
- Skill in overseeing release management processes.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical decision-making.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
