Base Salary
$75k - $156k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design algorithms using modern theory and proven software engineering techniques.
- Develop, execute, and analyze software tests for compliance with requirements.
- Build software solutions across design, requirements, development, testing, and field deployment.
- Prepare technical data, procedures, reports, drawings, manuals, and other documentation.
- Communicate with customers, stakeholders, program leadership, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Identify technical challenges, project risks, and mitigation strategies, and drive solutions to complex problems.
- Contribute to requirements development and propose adaptations or modifications based on quantitative results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Software Engineering or a related field is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required; Secret clearance is preferred.
- Ability to learn new programming languages and technologies quickly and collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
