Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions combining GenAI, agentic workflows, and customer data technologies.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical architectures.
- Build and integrate hands-on LLM-based applications and prototypes at scale.
- Propose agent-based orchestration and workflow automation architectures for Customer Technology use cases.
- Enhance customer experience stacks across ecommerce, marketing, and customer service.
- Communicate technical decisions, trade-offs, and solution choices to non-technical stakeholders.
- Help teams adopt AI-driven practices for collecting, activating, and using customer data.
- Apply software engineering practices including version control, clean code, testing, documentation, and modular design.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Customer Technology, including areas such as CDPs, Web/Product Analytics, Personalization, CRM, Marketing Automation, ecommerce platforms, or customer service applications.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with GenAI topics.
- Intermediate data engineering skills, including SQL database operations and working knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Comfort using APIs and standard cloud services.
- High-level understanding of the ML/GenAI application lifecycle, including data preparation, model selection, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Practical experience with LLM application development or integration, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, LLM APIs, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring concepts.
- Knowledge of agentic patterns and workflow automation strategies in Customer Technology contexts.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.
- Fluent English; Dutch proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and trade-offs to stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.
