Base Salary
$165k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and build technical relationships focused on securing Kubernetes workloads in cloud infrastructure environments
- Understand customer needs and create, prototype, and deploy tailored solutions
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and customer technical meetings, presentations, and workshops
- Collaborate with CoreWeave Security product and engineering teams to identify and implement product enhancements
- Provide input on product features, functionality, performance, strategy, and architecture
- Conduct technical reviews and assessments of customer workloads and recommend optimization solutions
- Track developments in Kubernetes, cloud computing, and infrastructure and share technical guidance
- Lead prototypes and initiate research and development efforts for emerging products and solutions
- Represent CoreWeave at conferences and industry events with occasional travel
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- At least 7 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, engineer, researcher, or technical account manager focused on distributed systems or HPC/cloud services and securing Kubernetes workloads
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud solutions
- Fluency in cloud computing concepts, architecture, and technologies
- Strong customer relationship, communication, and technical presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with NVIDIA GPUs used in AI/ML applications and associated networking technologies
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes cluster administration, including RBAC, admission controllers, and container security
- Experience explaining security concepts and best practices, with knowledge of the Kubernetes security tooling landscape
- Preferred: contributions to open-source inference frameworks
- Preferred: scripting and automation experience for securing Kubernetes environments
- Preferred: experience building solutions across multi-cloud environments
- Preferred: customer-facing publications or talks on latency, optimization, or advanced model-server architectures
