- Own the configuration, tooling, infrastructure, reliability, and domain-specific operation of the private AI platform.
- Design, implement, deploy, and improve autonomous AI agents for engineering operations using APIs, structured workflows, files, databases, and external systems.
- Build FastAPI services, REST APIs, CLI interfaces, and chat integrations, choosing between deterministic logic and LLM-powered workflows based on value and cost.
- Operate and troubleshoot Linux-based containerized services, reverse proxies, systemd timers, PostgreSQL, Redis, secrets management, and enterprise integrations.
- Author and tune agent skills, structured workflows, system instructions, prompt engineering, evaluation, observability, and model-selection strategies.
- Build CI/CD validation pipelines that detect configuration errors, leaked credentials, and broken agent contracts, while reviewing inner-source contributions and enforcing engineering standards.
- Track platform cost and value, evaluate new AI tooling, and provide capability and cost recommendations to engineering leadership.
