Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support enterprise applications using .NET/C# and related technologies.
- Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
- Design and develop integrations among Salesforce, ERP platforms, data warehouses, marketing platforms, and third-party SaaS applications.
- Build and maintain application programming interfaces and integration services using integration patterns such as REST and SOAP.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, debugging, root-cause analysis, and production support across applications and integrations.
- Gather requirements, define technical solutions, estimate effort, and prioritize enhancements with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.
- Apply software engineering practices including object-oriented programming, design patterns, reusable code, testing, and technical documentation.
- Support version control, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment automation.
- Ensure applications and integrations meet performance, security, scalability, reliability, and data-quality standards.
- Contribute to coding standards, architecture decisions, technical governance, process optimization, system integrations, mergers and acquisitions, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developers and team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience with strong hands-on .NET and C# development experience.
- Experience with ASP.NET, .NET Core, object-oriented programming, APIs, and modern application development practices.
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience with technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, Flow, or Salesforce APIs.
- Experience integrating Salesforce or other enterprise applications with external systems through APIs, middleware, ETL tools, or event-driven approaches.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with DevOps tools, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve complex technical issues independently.
- Ability to own technical solutions from requirements and design through development, deployment, and production support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and managing multiple priorities.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or another Salesforce certification is preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite, ERP integrations, Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or similar enterprise platforms is preferred.
