Responsibilities
- Gather, challenge, and refine business requirements.

- Work within cross-functional Agile squads.
- Support operational teams after deployment and analyze incidents.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
- Strong experience working on complex IT transformation projects.
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong understanding of functional analysis methodologies.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of API design and documentation.
- Experience within banking, payments, or financial services.
