Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions for immediate and cross-team problems.
- Manage team performance and decisions while serving as a subject matter expert.
- Mentor junior team members and support their skills development.
- Assess and improve application performance and user experience.
- Integrate applications with backend services and apply testing practices to ensure quality.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with React.js.
- Proficiency in React.js and strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
