Responsibilities
- Lead client conversations and internal engineering discussions for complex AI-powered automation solutions and reusable assets.
- Design and architect multi-agent orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, and LLM-integrated automation workflows.
- Develop technical solutions and proofs of concept in response to client requirements, RFPs, RFIs, and delivery optimization initiatives.
- Plan pursuits, gather requirements, and manage Generative AI and Agentic AI automation solutions through delivery.
- Coordinate technical teams for client deployments, automation pipeline testing, and product enhancements.
- Govern delivery against approved architecture baselines and support enterprise system integrations.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of IT industry experience in technology consulting, application services, system integration, outsourcing, cloud advisory, or related engagements.
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams as a technical lead or solution architect on AI-led automation programs.
- Experience architecting AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RPA, and enterprise automation solutions.
- Understanding of multi-agent orchestration, RAG architectures, LLM-integrated workflows, integration architectures, and modern architecture principles.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, ITSM, and CRM, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with observability and AIOps architectures, including Dynatrace, Datadog, or ServiceNow.
- Industry exposure in financial services, retail and CPG, life sciences, aerospace/manufacturing, or managed services/application maintenance.
- Experience shaping or responding to RFP and RFI pursuits, including techno-functional and commercial solution aspects.
- Strong client communication, stakeholder relationship-building, articulation, influencing, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Engineering bachelor's degree, master's degree, or management diploma; cloud, AI/ML, Generative AI, ITIL, PMP, or TOGAF certifications are preferred.
