Base Salary
$126k - $144k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Copilot Studio agent solutions, including scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Design and implement AI agent solutions using prompt architecture, RAG frameworks, and connector strategies.
- Build RAG pipelines using SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and custom connectors.
- Develop reusable prompt templates and standards for consistent deployments.
- Define and execute MCP and connector integration strategies.
- Implement governance, security controls, Entra ID integration, and data access boundaries.
- Build and oversee Power Automate workflows for orchestration and business process automation.
- Coordinate testing, stakeholder reviews, and user acceptance activities.
- Act as the primary delivery contact between the vendor team and Morgan Stanley stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, AI architecture, data platforms, digital transformation, or related technology leadership roles.
- 5+ years leading architecture strategy and governance for enterprise-scale AI, automation, data, or digital transformation programs.
- Proven experience designing and governing AI-powered solutions in large, complex enterprise environments.
- Experience defining enterprise technology standards, architecture frameworks, and solution governance practices.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments with stringent security, risk, compliance, and audit requirements.
- A proven record of architecting scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions from concept through production deployment.
- Preferred: experience delivering AI solutions within a Tier 1 financial services organization.
- Preferred: familiarity with COO, PMO, or operational transformation functions.
- Preferred: Microsoft certifications in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure AI.
- Preferred: experience with vendor-managed delivery models and client governance frameworks.
