Base Salary

$160k - $256k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end system development across data pipelines, model development, evaluation, and deployment for AI-powered products
  • Design and build scalable production systems for real-time perception, multimodal understanding, and decision-making
  • Develop and deploy models across cloud and edge environments, including resource-constrained devices
  • Architect and optimize full-stack AI pipelines
  • Translate advances in computer vision, NLU, GenAI, and multimodal LLMs into production systems
  • Collaborate with machine learning, hardware, firmware, and product teams to integrate AI into real-world systems
  • Optimize solutions for hardware-specific GPU, NPU, and DSP acceleration and edge deployment
  • Define evaluation frameworks and metrics for system performance, reliability, and safety
  • Lead technical direction for complex problems and influence architecture across teams
  • Contribute to technical design documentation, knowledge sharing, and long-term platform strategy

Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of industry experience for L8 or 10+ years for L9 building production systems
  • Strong programming skills in Python or C++ and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end systems from concept through production
  • Experience with distributed systems or cloud-based ML pipelines
  • Experience optimizing models for latency, cost, and deployment constraints
  • Experience deploying AI on cloud platforms and edge devices, including mobile, embedded systems, or robotics platforms
  • Familiarity with hardware acceleration frameworks such as TensorRT, ONNX, and SNPE
  • Experience with real-time systems, streaming data pipelines, and multimodal data processing
  • Strong system design and architecture skills across cloud and edge environments
  • Preferred experience with technical leadership, mentoring, cross-team initiatives, privacy-preserving AI, security, or safety-critical systems
