Responsibilities
- Own system architecture for key parts of the Lead Services platform.
- Lead design and delivery of complex, cross-squad initiatives.
- Shape the technical roadmap for Lead Services in collaboration with EMs and PMs.
- Drive best practices in testing, observability, and change management.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Translate customer and business problems into robust technical solutions.
- Influence operational excellence and ensure services meet SLAs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale systems.
- Experience leading complex initiatives from design to operations.
- Prior experience in high-throughput, high-availability platforms preferred.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node, or similar back-end languages.
- Experience with cloud-native services on AWS and modern CI/CD practices.
- Strong grounding in system design, data modeling, and API design.
- Ability to manage projects independently and communicate effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
