Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of complex systems and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and senior engineers.
- Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Influence and contribute to the engineering roadmap.
- Research and evaluate new tools and technologies.
- Act as a technical expert in troubleshooting and debugging.
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior or staff-level role.
- Expertise in designing and building full stack applications.
- Strong programming skills in Ruby on Rails.
- Experience leading engineering initiatives and mentoring engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
