Base Salary
$151k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI agent governance capabilities across multiple platforms.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI agent capabilities, adopting new frameworks and best practices.
- Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery while ensuring code quality.
- Drive the evolution of core Identity Governance capabilities and deliver incremental features.
- Partner with support teams to resolve customer issues and improve product reliability.
- Monitor AI agent performance and security across platforms.
- Collaborate with teams to implement secure AI solutions.
- Contribute to observability by implementing logging and monitoring for AI agents.
- Document architecture and governance processes for AI agents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in Java application development.
- Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience building scalable, distributed, and resilient applications.
- Strong experience with Gradle for build automation and dependency management.
- Good understanding of performance profiling and application optimization.
- Experience with concurrent programming and multithreading.
- Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
