Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of a self-service CI/CD platform.
- Define reusable platform patterns to improve delivery speed and reliability.
- Design and operate production-grade AWS infrastructure and EKS clusters.
- Standardize enterprise-scale CI/CD workflows and GitOps practices.
- Build self-service capabilities for engineering teams to provision infrastructure.
- Drive cloud cost optimization and improve platform observability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship across engineering teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in cloud platform, DevOps, or software engineering roles.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure in production.
- 3+ years managing production-grade Kubernetes or Amazon EKS environments.
- Experience building reusable platform capabilities and cloud governance systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
