Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
- Lead the technical vision for backend development.
- Mentor junior engineers in software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements and execute deployments.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices within the team.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3.x.
- Strong knowledge of JPA/Hibernate and SQL relational databases.
- Experience designing event-driven microservices and applying DDD and CQRS patterns.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases and their use cases.
- Ability to refactor code using standard design principles.
- BA/BS degree with 8+ years of related experience.
