Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, subprocesses, activities, and tasks to identify automation opportunities.
- Design AI, GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI architectures aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct feasibility, suitability, complexity, and risk assessments for automation initiatives.
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Develop prototypes, proofs of concept, and production-ready AI solutions.
- Define AI governance, monitoring, observability, and adoption frameworks.
- Create executive presentations, recommendations, and implementation road maps.
- Support Azure-based multi-cloud solution deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and operationalization.
- Mentor teams and engage with senior business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, or Solution Consulting.
- At least 3 years of experience designing, developing, or implementing AI/ML or GenAI solutions.
- Experience engaging with senior business stakeholders and leading discovery workshops.
- Experience mentoring teams.
