Responsibilities
- Analyze and model health insurance business processes in Fisalis-BOS.
- Individually implement and refine generated class structures using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.
- Design and connect interfaces to adjacent systems.
- Collaborate with business departments and the team to translate requirements into software.
Requirements
- Approximately 3–5 years of professional experience in a practical software development role.
- Good Java knowledge and confident use of Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and IntelliJ.
- First exposure to Fisalis-BOS and Camunda/BPMN is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Git, and test automation such as Cypress is desirable.
- Insurance or financial-sector experience is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, pragmatism, teamwork, and independent working ability.
- Very good spoken and written German for communication with project stakeholders and German-speaking customers.
