Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI and machine learning pipelines, model workflows, orchestration systems, and large-scale integration components.
- Explore, profile, clean, transform, and validate enterprise data to improve production model quality and reduce delivery risk.
- Define success metrics with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders, then execute testing and evaluation approaches.
- Lead discovery workshops and manage quality through documentation, requirements monitoring, release evidence, and operational handover.
- Support post-launch impact assessment, operational scaling, redesign, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and support cloud infrastructure, automation, monitoring, scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and agentic AI solutions.
- Manage and develop engineering talent, set goals, and drive secure, scalable cloud service delivery.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience delivering complete AI and machine learning solutions into production.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, including profiling, transforming, and validating enterprise data.
- Experience taking AI or ML solutions through data validation, prototyping, testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Understanding of machine learning methods, statistical analysis, model evaluation, and modern AI application patterns.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, scripting, and delivery-process optimization.
- Experience building or supporting AI applications, intelligent workflows, copilots, or agent-based solutions is advantageous.
- Ability to make technical decisions under uncertainty and communicate technical trade-offs and data limitations to non-technical stakeholders and governance partners.
