Responsibilities

- Communicate incident status clearly to stakeholders.
- Participate in post-incident reviews to enhance operational readiness.
- Suggest improvements to monitoring and operational processes.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in technical operations or system administration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog or Prometheus is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in scripting or automation tools is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to system health and uptime.
