Base Salary
$154k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Acquire new Financial Services customers across banking, insurance, payments, and capital markets.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to business and technical stakeholders.
- Lead architectural and design discussions for scalable AWS solutions designed for successful cloud deployment.
- Author and contribute to AWS customer-facing publications, whitepapers, and proofs of concept.
- Partner with sales to formulate and execute strategies that exceed revenue objectives through AWS adoption.
- Build relationships with business and senior technical customer stakeholders and help them become cloud advocates.
- Capture and share best practices across the AWS Solutions Architect community.
- Travel regionally, with expected travel of 15–20%.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 3+ years of experience in application and infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders or clients.
- Experience presenting and speaking with executives, IT, management, and developers.
- Experience working with end-user or developer communities.
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
