Base Salary
$131k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to business and technical customer stakeholders.
- Design scalable, flexible, resilient, secure, cost-effective, and performant cloud architectures on AWS.
- Lead architectural and design discussions and provide recommendations for migrating and modernizing existing workloads.
- Author and contribute to AWS customer-facing whitepapers and proofs of concept.
- Partner with sales teams to formulate and execute strategies that increase AWS adoption and meet revenue objectives.
- Build relationships with senior business and technical customer leaders and help customers become cloud advocates.
- Mobilize AWS and partner resources and share best practices with the Solutions Architect community.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in application or infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
- At least 4 years of experience in a specific technology domain such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- At least 6 years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Preferred experience in technology or software sales, pre-sales, or consulting.
- Preferred experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructure.
- Preferred experience working with AWS technologies from a development or operations perspective.
