Base Salary
$152k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and own technical account plans and strategies while supporting targeted sales motions.
- Use sales, programming, and solutions architecture expertise to demonstrate Google Cloud Platform through complex demos, pilots, and workshops.
- Architect cross-pillar cloud solutions, drive technical wins, and define initial delivery plans for customers.
- Lead technical engagement during the solution phase and facilitate post-sales transition to implementation teams.
- Support pricing activities and monitor delivery-plan progress during ramp, delivery, migration, and implementation phases.
- Identify, pursue, and win new business workloads while expanding penetration within existing customer accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
- Experience engaging with or presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Experience with programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Preferred experience selling technical solutions in infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, cloud AI, networking, migrations, or security.
- Preferred experience driving the entire sales cycle, building long-term technical strategies, migrating applications and services to cloud platforms, and developing new customer relationships.
- Preferred understanding of security concepts including encryption, identity management, access control, attack vectors, and penetration testing.
