Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Tier 1 global accounts through post-onboarding, SaaS value realization, executive advising, and critical client escalations.
- Lead detection engineering initiatives and design SOAR automation workflows and response playbooks.
- Architect multi-cloud ingestion plans, including GCP integrations, to improve threat visibility and reduce security risk.
- Guide customers in adopting generative AI and Agentic Security Operations Center workflows.
- Maintain expertise in Google Security Operations, Google Threat Intelligence, Chrome Enterprise Premium, CSPM tooling, and GCP architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture and cybersecurity in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with SecOps product offerings such as SIEM and SOAR and the broader cybersecurity vendor ecosystem.
- Experience with system design or reading code in Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Preferred experience in security operations, security architecture, security engineering, and SIEM/SOAR implementation and oversight.
- Preferred familiarity with prompt-based threat hunting, automated query translation, natural-language investigation, or Agentic AI.
- Preferred client leadership, communication, people management, and customer-delivery skills.
Benefits
- US base pay is $174000 - $252000 USD, plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
