Base Salary
$126k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect complex technical product solutions based on customer requirements.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients and translate business needs into solution designs.
- Develop product integration roadmaps with cross-functional teams and enterprise customers.
- Implement advanced technical solutions and advise on platforms and product delivery architectures.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting support for critical customer implementations.
- Lead proof-of-concept demonstrations and technical presentations for prospects.
- Analyze customer technical environments and recommend optimal configurations.
- Mentor junior technical sales engineers and provide technical sales support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced ability to design strategic integration roadmaps and solution architectures.
- Experience architecting technical product solutions and leading enterprise customer discovery.
- Ability to provide technical delivery, implementation, troubleshooting, and customer-facing solution expertise.
- Comcast may consider a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience in place of the stated degree.
