Base Salary
$126k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect complex technical product solutions based on customer requirements.
- Lead enterprise technical discovery sessions and translate business needs into solution designs.
- Develop strategic product integration roadmaps with cross-functional teams and enterprise customers.
- Implement advanced technical solutions and advise on platforms and product delivery architectures.
- Provide troubleshooting support for critical customer implementations.
- Mentor junior technical sales engineers.
- Orchestrate proof-of-concept demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Analyze customer technical environments and recommend optimal configurations.
- Synthesize technical requirements into solution proposals aligned with customer objectives and constraints.
- Exercise independent judgment and maintain regular, punctual attendance, including nights and weekends as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
- 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
- Expertise architecting technical product solutions and leading technical discovery with enterprise clients.
- Experience with technical delivery, product integrations, client-facing work, and solution presentations.
- Ability to provide technical sales support, troubleshoot customer implementations, and mentor junior engineers.
Benefits
- New York base pay range of $126,050.05–$189,075.08, with additional bonus or commission eligibility depending on position classification.
