Base Salary
$146k - $256k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in customer workshops to assess current processes and establish future-state processes.
- Configure and deliver Logik solutions using technical architectures designed for long-term success.
- Follow ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.
- Provide oversight and unit testing of code developed by partners or customers.
- Advise customers on using Logik capabilities to improve business processes.
- Provide product-development feedback based on customer engagements.
Requirements
- Experience leveraging or critically evaluating AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Experience implementing enterprise software, particularly in the front office.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Demonstrated success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
- Experience working collaboratively.
