Base Salary
$140k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end voice-agent customization for each firm’s intake onboarding, including call flows, firm knowledge bases, objection handling, intake questions, transfer rules, staff directories, and scoring criteria.
- Configure phone-system integrations, CRM/document-management handoffs, and e-signature workflows in partnership with integrations engineering.
- Define intake onboarding checkpoints, sequencing, and quality standards.
- Create training and documentation that enable CSMs and legal account assistants to handle more intake work independently.
- Manage a book of intake-focused accounts, including intake-only and land-and-expand engagements.
- Collaborate with CSMs, integrations engineering, and law firms throughout implementation.
Requirements
- J.D. or experience in a legal operations role at a meaningful-size plaintiffs’ firm.
- Real-world understanding of legal intake, including call flows, lead qualification, objection handling, and case viability.
- Ability to translate operational knowledge into configured and iterated AI-driven workflows.
- Strong documentation and process-systematization skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with CSMs, integrations engineering, and client firms.
- Preferred: direct experience with legal intake or voice-AI platforms such as RingCentral, Clio Grow, Lead Docket, or Smart Advocate.
- Preferred: consulting experience combined with legal or intake operations experience.
- Preferred: experience training non-technical teams on new workflows or tools.
