Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agents to automate human-driven power development and due diligence workflows.
- Develop automation and modeling capabilities for renewable infrastructure and power projects.
- Own projects and iterate on end-to-end features with power, permitting, and product experts.
- Scale the platform and systems to support increasing traffic.
- Collaborate with the product team on the product roadmap.
- Work across backend development, ETL, databases, and infrastructure.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building data-intensive software.
- Experience deploying AI agents in production environments.
- Familiarity with Agent SDK, Messages API, and LangGraph.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Ability to work across backend, ETL, database, and infrastructure areas.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and fast-moving startup conditions.
- Preferred: experience at a high-growth startup, with geospatial data and platforms, or with energy grid modeling or utility companies.
