Base Salary
$145k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable systems using Python/FastAPI, React, and AWS.
- Champion code quality, clean architecture, testing, maintainability, and performance.
- Lead or contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, code reviews, design reviews, and engineering discussions.
- Create technical design documentation and guide team implementation.
- Design for fault tolerance, observability, graceful degradation, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Participate in incident response, improve response processes, and drive actionable postmortems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders on roadmap priorities and delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Experience with full-stack software engineering, React, Python, and AWS is preferred.
- Ability to design and implement scalable systems across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to contribute to testing, code quality, technical reviews, documentation, reliability, and incident response.
