Base Salary
$145k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Champion test-driven development and code hygiene across the team.
- Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and incremental delivery.
- Design and implement scalable systems using Python, React, and AWS.
- Set and uphold high standards for code quality and maintainability.
- Lead code reviews and engineering discussions for well-documented decisions.
- Author and review technical design documents for team guidance.
- Design systems with fault tolerance and operational excellence in mind.
- Participate in incident response processes and promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers on roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- Experience with Python and FastAPI for backend development.
- Proficiency in React for frontend development.
- Familiarity with AWS for cloud infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
