Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert on systems integrations during major sales opportunities.
- Lead technical discussions to architect integrations and advise customers on best practices.
- Support sales teams with client meetings, presentations, and custom integration designs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to influence product capabilities and future direction.
- Drive sales and marketing efforts in producing high-quality sales proposals.
- Maintain all sales cycle activities within the Salesforce.com CRM system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or business field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Solution Engineering or Management Consulting.
- Experience and understanding of GRC, TPRM, and Ethics.
- Proven track record of executing customer engagements throughout the customer journey.
- Tangible experience within the software industry is advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
