Base Salary
$75k - $90k/yr
Responsibilities
- Understand user requirements and design and develop Appian solutions.
- Deliver complex development assignments efficiently and comprehensively.
- Improve the quality, speed, and productivity of Appian development work.
- Present work and solutions to product owners and other stakeholders.
- Map database changes to Appian CDT through XSD.
- Follow project methodologies, SDLC processes, deployment cycles, team protocols, and supervisor or client direction.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of software development experience, preferably with Appian exposure.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as software engineering, engineering, or computer science.
- CompTIA Security+ certification required by the first day of employment.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to work independently and within a small team.
- Ability to understand user requirements and deliver working code.
- Basic SQL DDL and DML knowledge, including create, update, delete, and select operations.
- General knowledge of the assigned customer domain, solution set, or internal business function.
- Competency with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
- Appian Level 1 certification and Agile certification are preferred or expected as specified.
- Ability to follow project processes, protocols, and directions diligently.
