Responsibilities
- Develop blockchain strategies, identify use cases, validate solutions from business and technical perspectives, define roadmaps and business models, and evaluate blockchain solutions and tools.
- Work with BCG and client project teams, independently manage modules, and provide hands-on expertise in Blockchain, Crypto, DeFi, Metaverse, and related topics.
- Conduct client interviews and workshops while managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships.
- Educate clients about state-of-the-art technologies, methodologies, and tools and explain their business value, particularly for financial institutions.
- Contribute to project quality through review, sanity checks, collaboration, and proactive challenge of results.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in Blockchain, Crypto, DeFi, Metaverse, or related emerging technologies.
- Sound applied knowledge of innovative technologies; coding expertise is a plus.
- Experience managing client and stakeholder relationships and influencing client agendas.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, teamwork, leadership, and executive-presence skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel frequently.
- An exceptionally strong academic background, ideally from a leading university.
- Previous experience with financial institutions is valued.
