$143k - $284k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build software and frontend experiences
- Design performant, beautiful, and usable interfaces
- Lead discussions and implementation for multiple complex projects while contributing to technical vision
- Promote industry-leading user experience practices
- Improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale the codebase, productivity, and team
- Recruit and interview candidates and develop interview questions
- Inspire and mentor less experienced engineers and interns
Requirements
- At least 2 years of frontend engineering experience preferred
- Proficiency in JavaScript and React
- Strong visual design judgment and attention to getting visuals right
- Track record of shipping high-quality products and developing projects at scale
- Ability to translate business and product ideas into engineering solutions
- Interest in working in a fast-paced environment and continuously developing engineering expertise
