Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Design, code, configure, and enhance scalable software applications and components.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and integrate software components with business objectives.
- Act as the main liaison for project stakeholders and oversee application development progress.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Python programming.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Python and AI agents and workflow integration.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and application design and implementation best practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Experience debugging, testing, and optimizing applications for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
