Responsibilities
- Implement new product features and support existing ones.
- Build frontend platform components for internal and external products.
- Contribute to overall architecture and maintain code quality standards.
- Work with product and design teams to create functional UI components.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Golang and Node.js.
- Deploy code and infrastructure components on Google Cloud Platform.
- Work with databases like Postgres, Spanner, and BigQuery.
- Understand and implement RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
Requirements
- BS/MS in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience building reliable, scalable systems.
- Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Svelte, Angular, Vue, or Ember.
- Proficient in building software with NodeJS or Golang.
- Experience with consumer-facing applications and microservice backends.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Strong focus on code quality and experience with code reviews.
- Experience mentoring other engineers.
- Previous startup experience preferred.
