Responsibilities
- Ship, architect, build, and own end-to-end delivery of autonomous agents and workflows.
- Design agent orchestration systems for planning, tool use, memory, evaluation, and coordination.
- Integrate and optimize frontier LLMs into agent architectures.
- Drive model optimization work to enhance agent capabilities.
- Lead technical planning by breaking down objectives into actionable tasks.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into product experiences.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities and make pragmatic tradeoffs.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and rapid experimentation.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning.
- Deep experience in building autonomous agents in production environments.
- Fluency in core primitives of agentic systems.
- Experience with frontier LLM capabilities and model optimization.
- Track record of scaling AI-powered products in fast-paced environments.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to write production-quality code.
- Experience providing technical leadership and shaping technical direction.
- Product-minded approach focusing on user outcomes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity in a rapidly evolving domain.
