Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software requirements.
- Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
- Implement and maintain data quality frameworks, governance policies, security standards, and privacy controls.
- Contribute independently as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in data governance.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in data governance and strong understanding of data management principles and compliance requirements.
- Experience implementing data quality frameworks and policies.
- Ability to design and enforce data security and privacy standards.
- Familiarity with data lifecycle management and metadata management techniques.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Experience with Databricks, Collibra, Alation, and Unity Catalog.
