Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI solutions that create measurable business impact.
- Identify high-value opportunities for applying AI technologies and tooling.
- Develop software according to specifications and documentation, including SRS and C4.
- Define, document, and communicate non-functional requirements covering performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Convert experiments into production-ready components through evaluation, monitoring, and iteration.
- Research, test, and implement new AI techniques, models, and tools.
- Advise clients on technical direction, trade-offs, and solution design.
- Coach colleagues on applied AI best practices and implementation approaches.
- Own deliverables end-to-end, manage priorities, and uphold software development and quality standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 recent years of hands-on AI/ML experience.
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science or Software Engineering specialized in AI, or equivalent experience.
- Intermediate or conversational French proficiency is required.
- Proficiency with Python, NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Keras.
- Experience with data analysis, cleaning, processing, augmentation, cloud AI services, MLOps, and testing practices.
- Experience with AI/ML areas such as deep learning, computer vision, speech and language processing, agentic AI, predictive models, or time series.
- Experience with Go, Java, JavaScript, enterprise software, storage/caching/queue systems, microservices, serverless architectures, domain-driven design, or Angular, React, or Svelte is a plus.
