Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver AI-powered software solutions for enterprise clients.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into products and processes.
- Implement solutions according to specifications and documentation, including SRS and C4.
- Define and communicate non-functional requirements and quality objectives.
- Build ML pipelines and production integrations, including APIs, services, and data flows.
- Coach colleagues on AI implementation patterns and engineering best practices.
- Own tasks end to end, take initiative, and manage priorities effectively.
- Maintain and strengthen code quality, testing, code review, and engineering standards.
- Research, test, and implement new models, tools, and approaches.
- Advise clients on technical decisions, trade-offs, and delivery plans.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience, including at least 3 recent years in AI/ML.
- Master's degree or PhD in computer science or software engineering specializing in AI, or equivalent experience.
- Intermediate or conversational French proficiency.
- Experience with Python 3 and key Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of data analysis, cleaning, processing, and augmentation.
- Experience with deep-learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
- Experience with AI services on at least one cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of machine-learning operations and application testing, including unit, functional, and end-to-end testing.
- Familiarity with development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, XP, Kanban, and Shape Up.
