Base Salary
$146k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship new and improved features to end users in collaboration with your team.
- Write, debug, and optimize new and existing code for web apps, APIs, and databases.
- Deliver code to production frequently and incrementally.
- Collaborate through pair programming, mob programming, and code reviews.
- Contribute to cross-team technical improvements and investments.
- Support and improve build and delivery pipelines.
- Contribute to technical design and architecture conversations.
- Help unblock teammates and improve processes.
- Encourage collaboration and maintain a positive team culture.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of professional software experience.
- Experience at companies of various sizes and stages.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful user and business outcomes.
- Experience with test automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ownership mindset with responsibility and accountability.
- Ability to work well in teams and enjoy collaboration.
- Passion for education and making a positive impact.
