Responsibilities
- Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, proof-of-concept initiatives, and a team of developers delivering DevOps solutions.
- Gather operating-system and application metrics for performance tuning and fault finding.
- Partner with development teams on testing, release procedures, system design consulting, and platform management.
- Create sustainable systems and services through automation, service-level objectives, and reliability improvements.
- Roll out automation in customer environments and troubleshoot live node activities.
- Design cloud-native systems and build automation to deploy hundreds of services.
- Develop, manage, and maintain automation assets for the Service Delivery Global DevOps Platform.
- Provide operational support, lifecycle management, and engineering for platform systems and services.
- Design and support scalable enterprise AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, agentic AI, and MLOps architectures.
Requirements
- Expertise in DevOps pipeline orchestration and automation.
- Experience with at least one public cloud platform, including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Required hands-on experience with Git, Ansible, Python, Bash scripting, JSON/YAML, Ubuntu 20.04/22.04, and RHEL 7/8.
- Experience with GitOps through Flux.
- Experience with development tools for source-code management, configuration management, security and compliance, artifact repositories, and monitoring.
- Experience designing large-scale AI/ML solutions for production and enterprise environments.
- Strong Python skills with hands-on PyTorch and TensorFlow experience and modern deep-learning practices.
- Understanding of LLM architectures, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, inference optimization, and enterprise deployment.
- Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge-grounded AI applications.
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, AI agents, tool calling, orchestration, and integration protocols such as MCP.
- Knowledge of MLOps, including CI/CD, model lifecycle management, observability, governance, monitoring, retraining, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective AI architectures.
- Project management skills and familiarity with Scrum, Agile, and DevOps ways of working are preferred.
- Academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are subject to verification.
