Responsibilities
- Lead backend development for new fintech products at Fireblocks.
- Mentor and guide other developers in complex designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead meaningful features.
- Connect exchanges and third-party trading agencies to create a trading platform.
- Develop and optimize the trading API for a seamless user experience.
- Research and implement cloud-native architectures for scalability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of system design principles and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying microservices-based architectures.
- Experience with monitoring and logging frameworks like Datadog and Grafana.
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals and transaction lifecycles.
- Hands-on familiarity with DeFi protocols and primitives.
