Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power Apps applications.
- Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Power Automate workflows.
- Design and optimize SharePoint Lists and related data structures.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support application rollout and adoption through user training and guidance.
- Establish Power Platform governance processes, development standards, documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Troubleshoot application and workflow issues and resolve defects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the team at the client’s Warsaw office to identify improvements and deliver functionality.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Practical experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting Power Automate workflows.
- Experience designing and optimizing SharePoint Lists for business applications.
- Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and service integrations.
- Understanding of Power Platform governance, security, access management, and maintainability.
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into working solutions.
- Experience preparing technical documentation and user guidance.
- Ability to provide user support, deliver training, and transfer knowledge.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Power BI experience is nice to have.
- Availability to attend the client’s office in Warsaw several days per week.
